Here’s an update on my friend’s homestead….he’s adding a BUNCH more food production and livestock areas to his place. His homestead is almost self-sufficient and I am loving all the awesome groceries I can source from his place! I’m inspired to do this over at my place, just need to stay here all summer in order to get the best yield. Maybe in a few years…we’ll see how things go. I still want to ROAM in my truck for the next few summers but I’m sure the time will come when I want to homestead. I look forward to that chapter of my life once it arrives.
Have a great evening, thank you for tuning in!

Definition of “Off-Grid”: Off-the-grid or off-grid is a characteristic of buildings and a lifestyle designed in an independent manner without reliance on one or more public utilities. The term “off-the-grid” traditionally refers to not being connected to the electrical grid, but can also include other utilities like water, gas, and sewer systems, and can scale from residential homes to small communities.
